September 21, 2016
Welcome and Call to Order by President Joe Shoemaker
Present: Joe Shoemaker, President, Lisa May, Vice President, Niki Cummins, Secretary
Absent: Ethan Evans, Treasurer
Members Present: Susan Dirnberger, Beth Kern, Jodie Schott, Julie Ross, Justin Bradley, Melody Bradley, Rachel Cauble, Traci Priggel
The Financial Report was read by President Joe Shoemaker, a copy of which was provided to all in attendance. A motion was made by Justin Bradley to approve the Treasurer's report, said motion was seconded by Beth Kern.
Minutes from the August 21 meeting were read by Secretary Niki Cummins, a motion to approve was made by Rachel Cauble and seconded by Justin Bradley.
Old Business:There are still shirts left over from the past golf tournament that will be available for use this year. The sponsorship flags have been ordered BGM Sportsline is unable to sponsor hats this year. We will contact Armour Seeds to see if they would like to sponsor or do a partial sponsorship of hats. Bank of Advance will be sponsoring coolers again this year
New Business: Several new ideas for activities and games were presented to the club for this years golf tournament.On course activities will remain the same. Traci Priggel will continue with the Wine Toss Tent; Rachel Cauble and Lisa Jackson will be in charge of the Bologna Burger Stand; Jello Shots will be provided by Gary and Debbie Reischman; Pick Your Hole and the 50/50 drawing will be the same as the previous years.
Mr. Friga is still working on and collecting donations; Coach Shoemaker will contact Danny Tetley regarding meal donations.
We will continue to take Hole Sponsorships, contributions and Team entries until the day of the tournament.
At this time Justin Bradley moved to adjourn the meeting, said motion was seconded by Beth Kern.

August 31, 2016
Welcome and Call to Order by President Joe Shoemaker at 7:10 P.M.
Present: Joe Shoemaker, President, Ethan Evans, Treasure, Niki Cummins, Secretary Adam Friga, High School Principal
Absent: Lisa May, Vice President
Members Present: Beth Kern, Jodie Schott, Julie Ross, Justin Bradley, Melody Bradley, Rachel Cauble, Rick Payne, Jan Young, Patrick Young, Susan Dirnberger
The Financial Report was read by Ethan Evans, a copy of which was provided to all in attendance. A motion was made by Niki Cummins to approve the Treasurer's report, said motion was seconded by
Susan Dirnberger.
There were no previous meeting minutes to be read.
There were a few new members in attendance and applications for new membership along with fees were presented to Treasurer Ethan Evans. We will provide a list of new members at the next meeting.
Old Business:
1. We have sold 4 ads this year. Money for all ads sold go toward repayment to the school for the scorers table that was purchased last year.
New Business:
1. Payouts to student athletes: Motion was made by Rachel Cauble to leave payouts at $15.00 for Jr. High athletes and $40.00 for the High School athletes. Motion seconded by Beth Kern.
2. New fundraiser ideas will be discussed at next regular scheduled meeting.
At this time the regular scheduled meeting was adjourned and a separate meeting for the Golf Tournament Committee was held. Volunteers were asked to stay and attend.
The annual Booster Club Golf Tournament is scheduled for October 10, 2016 at Bent Creek Golf Course, Jackson, MO.
Registration forms and sponsorship forms can be picked up at the school, they have also been made downloadable on the Blog page.
Each attendee was asked to continue to look for sponsor, donor and new golfer opportunities.
Donations can be dropped off at the High School anytime or with any of the Booster Club Officers.

Flag Sponsorships need to turned in before the 15th of September in order to have plenty of time to process.
Next regular Booster Club Meeting scheduled for September 21, 2016 at 7:00 p.m.
Motion made by Ethan to adjourn, seconded by Patrick.
The first meeting of the Oran Booster Club for the 2016-17 school year will take place on Wednesday, August 31 at 7 pm in the FACS room.

The shirts will be the same as last year. If you already have one, no need to purchase another unless you just want a back up.

Booster Club Meeting
The first meeting of the Oran Booster Club will be held Thursday, September 3rd at 7:00 pm. The meeting will be held in the FACS room (after entering the high school lobby, go down the left hallway, it is the last room on the right).
Everyone is welcome.
We particularly want to invite the parents of new student athletes including junior high level students.
And you don't even need to have a student involved to be a member.
