Junior High volleyball concludes season with split

Last Friday, Oran's junior volleyball season finished with a split at home against Bell City.

The seventh grade fell 21-25 and 21-25 to finish at 2-7.  Coach Wibbenmeyer said, "They lost but they looked so much better than at our first game. They were trying to get a bump, set, spike almost everytime! Hallie had one ace and Addie had two aces and one kill."

The eighth grade won 25-21 and 25-20 and wound up 3-7.  The coach added, " It was so much fun to also watch how much they have improved this season. They were also trying to get three hits every time! Rylee had two aces, Liza had a kill, and Hope had two kills. The only thing both team could work on more is talking and working together as a team the whole game. I am very proud of them this season and we will continue to push this summer to get better!"
