Then, when the Eagles did miss that first shot, Jason Bennett was there for the put back and Oran was up 20-0 with 3:43 left in the first quarter.
St. Albans notched their first score with 1:51 remaining in the initial period and the score was 23-2. Oran led after one, 26-4. By half-time the lead had expanded to 37-9.
It was more of the same in the second half as the Eagles were up 61-16 after the third In that period Oran showed the outside touch as they hit six treys. Four of those came from Jacob Priggel, who scored 12 of his game-high 20 points during that frame. Hunter Schlosser had one, Thomas Trankler had the other.
It was a running clock in the fourth and Oran came away with the 68-19 victory.
Besides Priggel's 20 points, he also had six rebounds and five assists, Schlosser added 15 points and had four steals, and Trankler chipped in 14 and also had six rebounds.
