It's time for another week of games for Oran High School athletics.
The softball team starts out at 4-0, baseball is 4-3.
On Monday, we have a baseball/softball doubleheader at home starting at 4:30. Woodland will be in town. The Lady Cardinals are currently 5-3, the Cardinal baseball team sits at 1-6-1. It will be a Junior Beta Grill Day!
Tuesday will have the softballers traveling to Park Hills Central to take on a district opponent. The Lady Rebels start the week at 7-2. There will also be jayvee innings. Game time is 4:30.
While the girls head out of town, the junior varsity baseball team will host Portageville, also at 4:30.
After a day off, the activities will resume on Thursday.
Track & Field will compete in the Eva Hinshaw Invitational at East Prairie beginning at 4 pm. While baseball and softball will host Advance at 4:30. Their baseball team is currently 6-3 while their softball squad is 3-4. The Lady Eagles won an earlier match up 14-4. It is a key district contest for the two baseball teams.
Oran's junior varsity baseball squad will have a doubleheader on Saturday as they will travel to Chaffee. First pitch is scheduled for 10 am.
