It didn't take long for Tuesday's final game to be decided. The number 3 seed Oran Eagles scored the first 16 points and did not allow the 6 seed Chaffee Red Devils to score until the 2:20 mark and cruised to an 18-3 first quarter lead. By half-time it was time for the visitors to start the bus, 43-11.
The Eagles won the lopsided game by a score of 74-29.
Hunter Schlosser led all scorers with 22 points. Max Priggel, who returned tonight from an illness, scored 19. Jacob Priggel added 12.
Thomas Trankler had 7 assists and 5 rebounds. Jacob Priggel also had 5 rebounds.
Oran, now 12-5, will take on second seeded Scott City on Thursday at 8:30 pm
The junior varsity will also play Scott City on Thursday. Their game time is 5:30.
