The first two are at home and the third is and interesting road trip. I'll explain why in a moment.
The sports week starts on Monday (as it should) with a home game against conference foe Kelly. Last year's 7th grade team routed the Hawks by a final of 48-8.
On Tuesday, the Eagles will square of with near by rival Bell City. During the game last year, because of the small number of players that the Cubs had, only two quarters were played. Oran won 20-18 on a last-second three-point shot by, then 6th grader, Ty Johnson.
On Thursday night, the Eagles will travel to Essex to take on the Richland Rebels. Last year saw the Eagles claim a 46-16 victory. What makes this an interesting trip is, if you follow the high school Eagles, this is where the class 1 district 2 tournament will be held fourth week of February.
