It will be another busy week for athletics starting on Monday.
The junior high girls basketball teams (3-0 & 4-0, 7th & 4-0 & 6-0, 8th) and volleyball (2-2 & 4-5, jv & 1-3 & 7-8-1 v) will both be in action on Monday. The junior high girls travel to Bloomfield while the volleyball will host Bloomfield. All the action starts at 6.
Tuesday has both gyms in action at home. Volleyball hosts Bell City in the elementary while the basketball will play Scott County Central in the high school. Both start at 6 pm. Last year Bell City had only one team. We will post updates on Facebook and/or the blog when we know more.
Thursday has both teams on the road, the high school girls travel to Richland. Game time is 5 pm. Last season the Rebels had only one team so we will update that as well. The junior high girls will bus to Advance to take on the first year program. The Hornets have only one team during their inaugural season. It will start at 6.
Volleyball will close out the week at home on Friday when they host Meadow Heights. Game time is 6 pm.
