Junior High girls' hoops tips off soon

The Oran Junior High School girls basketball season will tip off on Monday, September 11th at home against their conference rivals, the Chaffee Red Devils.

Last year's seventh-grade squad finished 9-2 and second in the league tournament, with a couple of starters playing up a grade.

Coach Ethan Evans said this, "I expect big things out of both teams this year. We return a lot of talent from last year’s successful season. The girls have been working hard in practice to get ready for the season. We hope to emulate the great season we had last year."
