Oran High School spring athletes continue their seasons as we head into the Easter break this week.
On Monday, baseball (7-3), after going 3-1 last week, with two wins over Class 3 schools and one over a Class 2 while the lone defeat was to a Class 5., will host Class 2 conference rival Chaffee (12-3) at 4:30. There will be junior varsity innings following. It is also a "Jr. Beta Grill Day."
Tuesday will have softball (8-4) travel to Leopold to take on the 8-2 Wildcats. First pitch is scheduled for 4:15. Also that day, baseball will host Class 3 Saxony Lutheran (8-2). This too will be a "Jr. Beta Grill Day."
Wednesday has softball hosting 2-10 Dexter at 4:30.
On Thursday track and field will compete in the Riverbend invitational at New Madrid starting at 4. Softball travels to (8-6) Kennett for a 4:30 contest.
