That lead was short-lived however, and after a Naylor time out there was a 7-0 run in the other direction and Oran trailed 8-7. It was back-and-forth the rest of the quarter and our Lady Eagles trailed 12-11. To make matters worse, not only was Oran behind but they were also without senior Allie Cummins who picked up her third foul.
Naylor would expand it's lead to nine at half, 30-21.
Allie Cummins re-entered the line up to open the second half and made an immediate impact by drilling a three pointer to cut the deficit to six but that was as close as the Lady Eagles would get as Naylor went on an 13-4 run to close out

Naylor dominated the final eight minutes 16-3 and won by a final of 59-31.
Oran was led by junior Hannah Scherer with nine points and five rebounds. Kaylen Glastetter added seven points while Allie Cummins scored six points and had two assists. Tatum May also grabbed five boards.
The key stat of the night however, was turnovers. The bigger, stronger, quicker Naylor team forced 36.
The Oran Lady Eagles, who won their second straight district championship under head coach Ethan Evans, finished their season with a 14-11 record. It was the last game in the blue, white and gold for Cummins and Glastetter.
