Fellowship of Christian Athletes hosts event

On Monday morning the Oran High School volleyball team got served, and they liked it!

Oran's Fellowship of Christian Athletes provided a breakfast of doughnuts, milk and juice before school.

Club sponsor, Mrs. Britney Duncan said this about the organization, "My vision for FCA is to have a place where students can come and fellowship with other believers to strengthen their own faith as well as giving them opportunities to serve athletes at their school as an ambassador for Christ.  So, that's why we served doughnuts to the volleyball team on Monday; to serve them as Christ served us."

Volleyball player and FCA member Malia Legrand said this about the event, "I would say the best part about it was how good the doughnuts were because glazed doughnuts are my favorite ones.  Also, FCA was super nice to all of us especially considering how early in the morning it was."

"I would like to tell FCA and Mrs. Duncan for giving us doughnuts and I'm really appreciative for breakfast,"  added Legrand.

FCA officers are: President Alexis Fox, Vice President Bradley Brooks, Secretary Allie Holt, Treasurer Megan Henson.
