Eagles roll Bobcats

On Monday,  the game between 9th seed Oran and 16th seed Delta began with neither team being able to score.  In the end one team had a lot more difficulty than the other as the Eagles cruised to a 67-3 win to advance to today's consolation semi-final with district foe Bell City.

Against the Bobcats, neither team could penetrate the cylinder early.  Halfway through the first quarter the score was 4-2 Oran.  The Eagles finally got clicking though, as they led 18-2 after one.  

It got worse in the second period, with the score 40-2 heading into halftime.

Delta did manage to connect on a free throw in the the third. The score was 60-3 heading into the mercy-rule fourth quarter.

Max Priggel led the way with 22.  He hit 5 from beyond the arc.  Jacob Shoemaker had 15 and he hit 3 treys.  Cole Priggel scored 11.

Layne Johnson added 8, Preston Hahn 5.  Luke Barnes, Garrison Mangels and Blake Schlitt all had 2. Wyatt Kinney had a lone tally.

Oran was 7 for 11 from the line (64%) and improved their record to 4-5.
