Oran scored 2 in the first on RBI doubles by Leah Cauble and Jessie Long.
Scott County cut the lead in half in the top of the third.
The Eagles expanded the margin back to two in the bottom half of the inning, this time on a run scoring double by Tatum May.
Oran took control in the fourth.
Consecutive singles by Abbie Madigan, Sydney Kern, and Cauble were followed by May's bases clearing triple.
In the fifth, the first six Eagles reached safely and the first four scored to push the margin to 10 to pick up the win. Hannah Scherer and Cauble both had doubles in the inning.
May went the first four innings to pick up the win. She allowed one earned run on 1 hit. She walked 2 and struck out 5. May improved her record to 4-4.
Scherer tossed the fifth allowing only a hit.
May went 3-4 at the plate with a single, double and a triple. She had 5 RBI on the day. Cauble was also 3-4 on the day with 3 runs driven in. She had 2 doubles. Kern was 3-3 with 4 runs scored and 1 RBI. Long was 2-2 with a run driven in.
With the win, the Eagles improved to 9-6.
After a rain out on Friday, Oran will next play on Wednesday at 5:15 in the district tournament against the winner of Tuesday's Leopold-Scott County Central game. The tournament is at Woodland High School.
