What's happenin' (10/3-10/7)

The first part of the first week of October is full of activities but after that it will be time to focus on academics.

Junior high girls basketball and high school volleyball will both be in action on Monday and Tuesday and off for the rest of the week.

The 7th grade team is 6-0 overall and 4-0 in conference play.  The 8th is 5-3 and 3-2, respectively.  They will host Kelly, Monday, in a Scott-Miss match up at that starts at 6.

Meanwhile, volleyball travels to Saxony to take on the 12-5-3 Crusaders.  The Eagles are 6-11-1 at the varsity level, the jayvee is 1-9.  First serve is also at 6.

On Tuesday, basketball is home again.  This time they host Oak Ridge, who is in their first year of girls basketball.

Volleyball will close out it's regular season on the road at conference opponent Charleston.

Both events start at 6 pm.
