Varsity Volleyball picks up road win

The Oran High School Volleyball team picked up a two set victory last night at Meadow Heights High School.  It marked the first time all season that the Eagles have back to back wins.  The scores were 25-18 and 25-20.  The jayvee lost 12-25 and 15-25.

Coach Larry Boshell said,  "We played another complete game in all phases and our effort was great again."

Jessie Long had 9 kills and 2 aces, Kaylee Payne had 6 kills and 2 aces.  Kenzie Graviett had 7 kills and an ace while Brianna Stause added 4 kills and an ace.  Cassie Cochran handed out 15 assists.

The varsity is now 6-11-1, the junior varsity is 1-9.

Oran will be back in action on Monday when they travel to Fruitland to take on Saxony Lutheran at 6 pm.
