A short week of school does not mean a short week of athletic activities at Oran High School.
In fact, we already have one schedule change. IF the 2-3 baseball team is able to play the 0-3 Delta Bobcats, on Monday, the game will be played at Oran instead of Delta as originally scheduled. It is the first of three conference contests on the slate this week for the Eagles. First pitch is 4:30.
On Tuesday, the 3-0 softball Lady Eagle will host old fall district nemesis Naylor at 4:30. Naylor is currently 1-1.
Baseball hosts conference foe Scott City (2-3) on Wednesday at 4:30.
Thursday features a baseball/softball doubleheader. East Prairie comes to town. Their baseball sits at 2-2 as the week begins and softball is 1-2.
On Friday, junior high volleyball hosts Bell City in the season finale at 6 pm.
On Saturday, softball will travel to Scott City City Park for the makeup of the earlier rainout. The Lady Eagles will face a Lady Rams squad that is currently 3-0 at 10:30 am
