Junior High volleyball falls on the road

The Oran Junior High School volleyball teams remained winless after losing in straight sets last night at Oak Ridge.  The seventh lost, 17-25 and 12-25.  The eighth was beaten 9-25 and 12-25.

Coach Amy Wibbenmeyer said, "Having 5 days off hurt us. We didn’t come out ready to play and we were flat-footed.  We practice tomorrow and hopefully, that will get us ready for Wednesday."

Last Tuesday, the teams lost at Cape Central,11-25, 25-27 and 16-25, 17-25.

Both squads are now 0-3 and will host Sikeston at 6 pm on Wednesday.
