Junior High girls soar over Blue Jays

The Oran Junior High School girls basketball team picked up another road win last night.  Once again there was only one game.  The Eagles defeated Charleston 37-13 to improve to 4-0 on the season.

Coach Ethan Evans said, "We finally got off to a good start in a game and we were able to cruise from there. We shot the ball well from the outside and rebounded well."

Rylee Boshell led the way with 12 points.

Hope Woodfin and Grace Davis, each had 8.  Hannah Boshell had 6 and Addie Nichols added 3.

The girls will host East Prairie on Thursday at 6 pm in a conference matchup.  As of right now, two games are scheduled.
