The Oran High School basketball teams will close out the first semester of school and head into the Christmas Break this week.
On Monday, the 2-1 Jayvee boys team, the #4 seed will take on the #1 seed Cape Central Tigers at 5 pm in a semifinal round game of the Advance Junior Varsity Tournament.
The next night, both boys teams travel to take on conference rival East Prairie at 6 pm.
Thursday will see the girls (5-1) travel to Meadow Heights to take on the district rival Panthers. The latest information we have is that there will not be a junior varsity game so the varsity will tip at 6 pm.
Also on Thursday, the jv boys will play. If they win on Monday, they will be in the championship game of the Advance tournament. That game will start at 7:45 otherwise they will play for third at 6:30.
