The Oran Eagles basketball teams will look to build on a successful last week that saw the girls win both brackets of the Scott-Mississippi conference tournament and the boys win both of the games they played.
The girls 10-3 will face Saxony Lutheran a team they lost to by 32 less than two weeks ago in the championship game of the Delta New Years' Tournament. The junior varsity 4-0 will tip of at 6 pm on Monday.
The boys conference tourney will start on Tuesday at Chaffee. Both, the varsity 10-3 and the jayvee 9-1, are top-seeds. The varsity will take on Scott City on Tuesday at 4 pm. The junior varsity received a first-round bye because Scott County Central does not have a JV team entered, will play the winner of Wednesday's Delta versus Scott City matchup on Thursday at 4 pm.
