Coach Ethan Evans told the blog,  "The girls once again got after it defensively and were also able to do some good things offensively. We were able to get some easy buckets by getting in the passing lanes,"

In the nightcap,  Oran raced out to a 33-1 lead after the first and never looked back.  The clock ran the whole second half in the 75-point victory.

Katie Webb and Taylor Lowes led all scorers with 14.  Webb had a team-high seven rebounds and Lowes hit two from beyond the arc.  Mallory Lowes finished with 11.  She had a "three" and was 6-9 from the line.  Freshman, Grace Davis also put in 11.  Kaylee Payne had 10 points with two treys and a team-high seven assists.

Evans said, "It was nice to get back on the winning track after a string of tough losses. We moved the ball well and shot it a lot better than we have been. Our press gave them fits in the 1st quarter and gave some easy buckets to get going."

The varsity is now 2-0 and 7-3.

The Lady Eagles will be back in action on Monday when they host Chaffee at 6 pm in another conference matchup.  It is a district contest as well.
