8th Grade wins in 2

The Oran Lady Eagles 8th grade volleyball team defeated Zalma in straight set tonight in their final home game.

Eighth Grade Action:  The Eagles got on top early tonight and never relinquished control in the 25-14, 25-16 victory.

Oran was firing on all cylinders tonight as they had seven kills as a team and only missed three serves while improving their record to 5-3.

Jessica Long had three aces, six service points, three kills and was 10-10 serving. Ali Hornback had two aces and eight service points. Cassie Cochran had four assists and three service points.

Upcoming Action:  The seventh and eighth grade teams will conclude their seasons a week from Friday at Bell City.  Game time is 6 pm.
