What's happenin' (11/16-11/20)

This coming week the Oran Junior High School boys basketball teams will once again have three games.  All three games will be at home.

On Monday, the Sikeston Bulldogs will be in town.  These two teams did not play each other last year.

Tuesday will see a resume of conference activity when East Prairie will be the opponent.  Last year, those Eagles defeated our Eagles 30-28.

The athletic week will end on Thursday with another conference contest as Delta travels to Oran.  Last year, the Eagles lost to the Bobcats twice.  During the regular season the final was 55-29 and during the conference tournament it was 57-16.  Last year, Delta had the best seventh grade team Oran faced.

All games start at 6 pm.

On a side note, we are getting information about a high school girls basketball jamboree. We should have more on that soon.  Also, we have a HSGB preview scheduled to post tomorrow at noon.
