Track and field competes at Kelly

The Oran High School boys track team competed yesterday at the Kelly Open.  The team finished 7th overall in the 8 team meet with 28 points.

Sophomore Bradley Brooks placed in three events.  He was 2nd in the 100M dash with a time of 11.96, 3rd in the 200M at 26.29 and 4th in the 400M crossing the finish line in 1:00.13

Junior Dillon Holmes finished 3rd in the high jump at 5'2" and 7th in the long jump with a leap of 15'5 1/2".

Coach Ethan Evans said, "I thought we competed well in every event we participated in. We had some good initial times in the runs and continue to get better in the jumps."
