The younger squad was led by Olivia Grisso’s 13 points.
Mari Fuemmeler had eight and Caroline Brashear finished with six.
They were 2-8 from the line.
The seventh-grade is now 2-2 and 3-2.
Coach Ethan Evans said, “It was another nice effort… They turned it on in the 2nd half and did a good job of working the ball around to the open person.”
Braylynn Morgan scored 19, including a trey, for the eighth-grade as five players recorded points.
Addie Nichols had nine, Molly Span seven, Sophie Bryeans and Lilly Knotts two apiece.
They were 6-17 at the charity stripe for 35% and improved to 5-0 and 6-0.
Evans commented, “We were sluggish on offense all night long. The defense was pretty good but to beat really good teams we will have to play better.”
The girls travel to Advance on Thursday. Tip time is 6 pm.
